And baby makes four!

Rising country artist Adam Hambrick and his wife of 11 years, Merritt, welcomed their second daughter on Friday, July 19th at 12:48 PM, Hambrick’s rep confirms to Country Now.

Heidi entered the world weighing 8 lb and 7 oz and measuring 19 inches long.

“Merritt and Heidi are doing well and settling in,” Hambrick shares with Country Now. “We appreciate all our family and friends so much for their kind words and congratulations. And the cookies. We definitely appreciate the cookies.”

Adam and Merritt met while attending college at the University of Central Arkansas. After dating for 2 years, they wed in 2008.

Heidi Celeste joins, Gracie Lane, 3, who Hambrick says is thrilled to become a big sister.

“Gracie is so excited to have a sister to play with. She’s at an age where she always wants to help, so that will be fun for us too.”

Hambrick and his family shared their baby news with an adorable donut-themed announcement in March.

While feasting on donuts from Nashville’s Five Daughters bakery, the then-family of three shared held a letter board that read, “A sweet thing to come, baby Heidi July 2019.”

Adam Hambrick, who is signed to Capitol Records Nashville, released his debut single, “Rockin’ All Night Long,” to country radio late last year. The idea for the song came to Hambrick while he was rocking Gracie to sleep one night. The nostalgic lyrics struck a chord with fans and critics alike.

Hambrick is also an established songwriter, having penned hits for artists such as Dan + Shay (“How Not To”), Justin Moore (“Somebody Else Will”) and Lindsay Ell (“Waiting On You”).
