Alexandra Kay Shares The Moment She Felt She ‘Made It’

Alexandra Kay recently reflected on one of the most memorable moments of her career so far, which happened to take place while on tour with Jelly Roll

In a heartfelt social media post, the rising star shared a video capturing the night she joined Jelly Roll on stage during a powerful segment of his show, where rain poured down around them. 

She described the experience as the moment she truly felt like she had “made it” and expressed her gratitude to Jelly Roll for giving her the opportunity to share such an unforgettable moment with him.

“I think this is my “I made it.” Moment,” she wrote alongside an emoji of a face with tears welling up in its eyes. ”Thank you Jelly Roll for this incredible moment!”

She later shared that she will “never forget” the night she sang “‘Save Me’ with Jelly Roll in the rain.” 

Alexandra Kay has had the chance to fulfill many dreams while touring with Jelly Roll, but none may be as sweet as getting the chance to perform at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena. After opening for Jelly Roll at the famous Music City venue, she penned a heartfelt message reflecting on performing on the Bridgestone stage and thanking those who have supported her along he way. 

“Nashville .. My home away from home. I’ve dreamt of playing Bridgestone Arena since my first visit to this incredible city and to end this tour here in the city I call home was just the icing on the cake,” she wrote. “Thank you @jellyroll615 for changing my life with this tour. This opportunity has been a blessing and I’m so excited to take all I’ve learned from you and keep pushing forward. Kelly at @bluffagency thank you for this amazing custom outfit you are so talented! To the best crew I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with THANK YOU. Thank you to my band for being my best friends and soul mates in music. To my manager and best friend @thebethkeith WE DID IT. I love this genre, I love this city and I can’t wait to see what next year will bring. 🎀”

Next year, Alexandra Kay will embark on her 2025 headlining Cupid’s a Cowgirl Tour. This trek will feature special guest Logan Crosby and is set to kick off on February 23. The tour will run through early April and will make stops in cities such as Birmingham, AL, Houston, TX, Denver, CO, Chicago, IL, and many more. 

Following the announcement of the tour, she confirmed that new music is on the way, however details about the project have yet to be released.
