Alexandra Kay spent the majority of last year supporting Jelly Roll’s Beautifully Broken Tour and now, she’s gearing up to hit the road with another major superstar in 2025 – Brad Paisley.
Named after Paisley’s current radio single, the Truck Still Works World Tour is set to kick off on May 21, 2025 at the Mountain America Center in Idaho Falls, Idaho. The first leg of 16 shows will run through August with Walker Hayes serving as the special guest. Splitting the opening slot will be Avery Anna, Mae Estes and Alexandra Kay, who is scheduled to take the stage on the second half of the tour.

Kay revealed she was in the studio working on her new record when she got the call for this incredibly opportunity from her manager, Beth. The newly signed BBR Music Group/BMG Nashville artist was understandably overcome with excitement and wasted no time to tell her friends and family the news.
“I called everyone in my family instantly, called all my best friends, called my mom, called my dad, called my sisters. Everybody was freaking out,” she told Country Now.
Anyone in attendance for the tour stops that Alexandra Kay is featured on will not only get to experience her incredible talent during her own set, but also during Paisley’s set. She teased that the country superstar is planning to bring her out on stage to perform a song together each night.
“When I found out what song he wanted to bring me out and have that moment with, I lost my mind,” she admitted. “So it’s going to be iconic. I’m so excited, and I am such a Brad Paisley fan, and what really gets me excited about going out on tour with somebody is how many songs I know and Brad is just full of number one songs, full of hit songs. So I just am honestly just as excited to go out and be on the stage with him.”
The “Cupid’s A Cowgirl” singer has yet to formally meet Paisley, but she assured that they have some meetups and content days in the work that will help get fans excited for the upcoming run. This opportunity is a longtime coming for Kay, who is looking forward to sharing her story, introducing all her new music to a fresh audience, and of course, getting to watch the icon on stage each night.

“I’m so excited to just after my show, go to front of house and sing all of his songs at the top of my lungs,” she said. “I’ve paid to go to so many Brad Paisley concerts, so the fact that I get to watch a free one for nine shows, I’m so excited.”
In another conversation with Country Now, Paisley revealed he is “thrilled” to give these emerging acts the chance to spotlight their music in front of his fans.
“I think they’re all really talented and it’s going to be fun,” he said.
Tickets for the Truck Still Works World Tour will become available starting with Paisley’s fan club presale, which launches Tues. March 4 at 10am local time and runs through Thursday, March 6 at 10pm local time. The general on sale opens Friday, March 7 at BradPaisley.com.
In addition to serving as support for Brad Paisley, Alexandra Kay also has two of her own headline tours throughout the next few months. Her Cupid’s A Cowgirl tour is underway now and will be followed by a run of sold-out dates across Amsterdam, Glasgow, Birmingham, Belfast and Manchester for her internationalAll I’ve Ever Known U.K. & Europe Tour.
