Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani are back at the top of the country radio charts once again, this week with their fan-favorite collab, “Happy Anywhere.”
The duet marks their second chart-topper together and Shelton’s 28th No.1 overall.
“I don’t know how the hell this keeps happening, but I couldn’t be more grateful that it does,” Shelton said. “Thank you to the songwriters, the music makers, the fans… thank you to my team and to country radio… and, of course, thank you to the incredible Gwen Stefani. Wishing everyone health and safety. We hope that y’all can be ‘Happy Anywhere’ this holiday season.”
To date, “Happy Anywhere” has raked in 70 million on-demand streams as well as upwards of 600,000 U.S. track equivalents.
The now-engaged couple debuted the song during the TODAY Summer Concert Series in July. The feel-good, romantic duet finds the couple professing their love for one another, revealing that they can find happiness with each other anywhere, as long as they’re together.
The song was co-written by Ross Copperman, Josh Osborne and Matt Jenkins and follows the release of Shelton and Stefani’s chart-topping duet, “Nobody But You.”
