Blake Shelton is reflecting on one year of marriage to his wife, Gwen Stefani.

The country superstar and Oklahoma native took to social media on Sunday (July 3) to share a heartfelt message to the No Doubt singer alongside a photo from their wedding day.

“Happy anniversary to the woman that makes my world go round…” Shelton wrote. ”Gwen Stefani, because of you, this year has been the best year of my life. I love you!!!! Thank you for saying yes!”

On Sunday morning, Stefani, 52, shared never-before-seen clips from her and Shelton’s wedding day alongside a sweet message for Shelton, 46.

“1 year down, forever to go @blakeshelton ❤️” Stefani captioned the clip.

The montage of clips begins with Shelton removing his wife’s veil to share a kiss in front of the custom-built chapel on Shelton’s ranch, built exclusively for the superstar couple to say their “I Do’s.”

As the clip continues, additional footage from throughout their wedding day is displayed, including the newlyweds posing in front of a massive lit star featuring their initials and their first dance, where Stefani appears to be crying.

The video is set to Elvis Presley’s iconic hit “Can’t Help Falling In Love With You.”

After six years together, Shelton and Stefani exchanged vows during an intimate ceremony in front of their closest family and friends on July 3, 2021. The elegant ceremony took place on Shelton’s Oklahoma ranch and was officiated by the couple’s longtime friend and The Voice cohort, Carson Daly.

The couple’s big day included several special touches, making for a memorable and very personal wedding.

Stefani sported two Vera Wang gowns throughout the day, both of which paid tribute to Stefani’s three sons, Kingston, Zuma, and Apollo.

They celebrated their nuptials with a five-tier wedding cake that was made to look like Stefani’s parents’ wedding cake.

The superstars shared their first dance with Shelton’s beloved dog, Betty, by their side.

In lieu of wedding vows, Shelton sang a song called “We Can Reach The Stars,” a track that he co-wrote alongside Craig Wiseman. The song, which finds Shelton putting his love for Stefani on full display within the heartfelt lyrics, was later released on his album, Body Language
