Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani – Happy Anywhere

As fans await the release of Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani’s much-anticipated new duet, “Happy Anywhere,” Shelton is sharing a few more details about the song and revealing what his longtime girlfriend thinks about the feel-good track.

The couple’s new collab arrives on Friday (July 25) and Shelton says it’s one of the “most fun” songs he’s ever been a part of.

“You know, ‘Happy Anywhere’ has got to be one of the most fun songs that I’ve ever had a chance to record and the actual recording process was a blast,” he says. “Listening to it afterwards was a blast.”

So what does Stefani think of the Ross Copperman, Josh Osborne and Matt Jenkins-penned tune?

“I had a moment where Gwen told me, ‘You know, there’s something about this song that just makes you smile,” he revealed. “And it doesn’t hurt that it has Happy in the title.”

Shelton and Stefani will appear on NBC’s TODAY Summer 2020 Citi Music Series on Friday for the television debut of the song.

The following day, Shelton, along with Stefani and Trace Adkins, will take over drive-in theaters across North America for an exclusive drive-in concert. Hosted in conjunction with the production company Encore Live, the one-night-only event will feature brand new performances filmed exclusively for the drive-in show. The drive-in concert experience will also include interviews and storytelling from Shelton, Stefani and Adkins.

The performance will air at drive-ins around the U.S. and Canada and will cost $114.99 per vehicle. Tickets are on sale now.
