Bobby Bones’ wife, Catlin proudly stood by him in support as he served as a guest co-host on the TODAY Show with Hoda Kotb.
The lovebirds arrived in New York City on Tuesday (Sept. 6) ready to take his gig on morning television. Bones took to social media to share a few highlights of his long, exciting first day, which included a memorable snapshot of him and Catlin standing in front of the doors to the set of “Studio 1A.”
He looked sharp wearing his matching black striped jacket and pants combo with the casual white sneaker, while Caitlin sported a dark blazer over a white button-up blouse and light-colored shorts. She finished off the look with her statement red cowboy boots, which Bones kindly pointed out in his Instagram caption.
“Just a lovely day hosting hour 4 of Today Show with @hodakotb!,” he wrote on social media before listing a few of the “great things” about his experience on the TODAY Show such as his co-host Hoda and his “wife’s boots (*her in general).” He also gave a shoutout to two celebrities who he sat down with during the show and later grabbed a selfie with – Kenan Thompson and Danny Devito.
Although the “free bananas in the green room” sound like a pretty amazing perk, the best part of it all is that he will “get to do it all again tomorrow.” Then, he will do it one more time on Thursday (Sept. 8) to conclude his hosting duties.
Caitlin isn’t the only one who came to NYC with Bones. He also brought Nashville artists Tiera Kennedy and Nicolle Gaylon to perform on the show this week.
The Radio and TV personality can also be seen hosting the new competition series, Snake In The Grass. According to a recent synopsis, the show, which kicked off on July 26 and airs every Monday night on USA Network, “features participants completing a series of challenges while working to identify the ‘snake’ among them, the person secretly sabotaging the competition.”
In the midst of his busy schedule, Bobby Bones made sure to get in a much-needed vacation with his wife in Turks & Caicos.
The couple shared a series of photos on Instagram of their recent trip that included plenty of relaxation, scenic boat rides and a chance to dress up for a night out. “Long time, no sea” Bones wrote in his first of two creative captions.
Upon his return, he got right back to work and shared an announcement on social media regarding his comedy show, BOBBY BONES: COMEDICALLY INSPIRATIONAL. Bones shared that he will be adding a date for this series in Las Vegas.
The show featuring musical opener George Birge, will take place on Dec. 3 at the Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas.
“I’ve always wanted to play the Wynn. It’s the standard. I saw Garth play there and set it as a goal for myself. It’s an honor to be able to perform there,” Bobby Bones said in excitement to take his show West.
Tickets for this performance go on sale to the public on Friday, Sept. 9, 2022 at 10 a.m. PDT and can be purchased here.
