Bones also asked the East Tennessee native to rank his top five songs from his own catalog, and his picks might surprise some fans.

In a teaser clip shared by Bones, Chesney reveals that “Old Blue Chair” is his number one pick.

“It’s such a portrait of my soul. It stamped a time of my life,” the eight-time Entertainer of the Year explained.

Chesney says his number two choice is “I Go Back,” followed by “There Goes My Life” at No. 3 and “Anything But Mine” at No. 4.

His No. 5 pick proved to be more difficult. Chesney admitted that songs like “Young,” “Summertime,” and “Save It for a Rainy Day” came close, but ultimately he chose “You & Tequila” for the final spot.

Fans who tune in to the debut episode, can witness Chesney opening up about the real-life journey behind his iconic career,  from early setbacks that strengthened his determination to the intense physical training that keeps him performing two-hour stadium shows night after night. He also reflects on the unexpected success of his triple-platinum Greatest Hits album, noting that fans loved the songs long before they knew the artist behind them.

Throughout the conversation, Chesney shares the lessons he learned while building one of country music’s most influential careers. He also discusses his experience performing at the Sphere, his recent New York Times No. 1 best-selling book Heart Life Music, and the deep respect he has for his tourmate and friend, Megan Moroney.
