Hannah Lee Fowler has filed for divorce from country hitmaker Sam Hunt.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Fowler, Hunt’s wife of five-years, filed for divorce on Friday (Feb. 18). The bombshell document filed by Fowler claims that Hunt is “guilty of inappropriate marital conduct” and that he is also “guilty of adultery.”

The outlet also reported that the “boilerplate code section” reads: “the husband is guilty of such cruel and inhuman treatment or conduct toward the spouse as renders cohabitation unsafe or improper.”

Hunt and Fowler never publicly revealed that they were expecting their first child together, however, the legal documents state that the “23” singer’s wife is due in May of 2022.

In the documents, which were filed in the no-fault divorce state of Tennessee, Fowler asks for alimony, primary custody of their soon-to-be born child, as well as child support.

As per alimony, Fowler says she wants “transitional alimony, rehabilitative alimony, and alimony in future.”

Fowler also requests that “the parties be awarded their respective separate property.”

Hunt and Fowler first started dating in 2008 while the singer/songwriter was playing football for the University of Alabama. They eventually broke up but dated on and off for several years.

Fowler was the inspiration behind Hunt’s breakout album, Montevallo, which he named after her hometown.

Hunt tried to win Fowler back for several months and he was eventually successful.

“I think last summer I went out [to Hawaii] about seven times in about three months, trying to talk to her about coming back,” Sam revealed in a 2017 interview with Entertainment Tonight. “And the seventh trip I convinced her.”

Hunt and Fowler remained tight-lipped about their relationship, but after they began popping up on each other’s Instagram feeds, fans assumed they were back on.

They confirmed their engagement in January 2017 and eventually wed on April 15, 2017 in Hunt’s hometown of Cedartown, Georgia.
