After wapping her wildly successful 29 Tour, Reigning ACM and CMA Awards Female Artist/Vocalist of the Year, Carly Pearce is preparing to embark on her biggest tour yet: Kenny Chesney’s Here And Now Tour 2022.
With the opening night of the tour just days away, Country Now caught up with Pearce on the CMT Music Awards red carpet where she gushed over the chance to join one of her favorite artists on tour.

“This has been like a dream come true for me,” the Kentucky native shared. “I feel like he is the ultimate artist to be a part of a tour and I feel like I’m gonna learn so much from him.”
Pearce, who will accompany the eight-time Entertainer of the Year on all 41 dates of the tour, will also be joined by Dan + Shay and Old Dominion on the 21 stadium dates.
She says she’s more than ready to bring the “girl power” to the male-dominated tour.
“These last couple of years, what that’s done for me is just really make me be intentional about who I am when I step out on stage and be the artist that I’ve always wanted to be, so I’m just gonna bring it to the stadiums and amphitheaters instead of the theaters,” Pearce explained.
Can fans expect to see an on-stage collaboration between Carly Pearce and Kenny Chesney?
She remained right light-tipped, but teased, “It might be coming.”

Pearce previously opened up about her friendship with Chesney and shared her excitement over the chance to watch his show every night.
“I’ve loved Kenny Chesney forever, and he’s become a friend of mine over the last year,” Pearce told Everything Nash. “He’s honestly been a mentor, and I’m so excited to get to watch his show every night, and hopefully learn something every night. I feel like he’s the King of Country Music for touring.”

The Here And Now Tour 2022 kicks off on Saturday, April 23 at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida. The tour runs through August 27 with back-to-back nights at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Mass.
