Carrie Underwood and international music star David Bisbal have teamed up on a new, bilingual song called “Tears of Gold” and it’s available everywhere now.

The soaring pop tune showcases the stars’ incredible vocals as well as Underwood’s new talent – singing in Spanish!

“I am very proud of our first collaboration,” David Bisbal shared in a statement. “The video was shot in Los Angeles and it was very special because I love Carrie and truly admire her courage. She has shown a profound admiration for the Spanish language with her wonderful vocals on the track and I am honored to collaborate with Carrie on her first bilingual Spanish song. I hope you enjoy the blend of country and pop music on ‘Tears of Gold’ as much as we do.”

“Tears of Gold” was written by Paul Harris (Kylie Minogue), Matt Schwartz (Yungblud, Halsey), Cameron Forbes (Tyga, Cher Llloyd), with additional lyrics and composition from award-winning “Despacito” producers Andrés Torres & Mauricio Rengifo. The song is featured on a special re-issue of Bisbal’s En Tus Planes album, which will be available on December 11.

Bisbal, like Underwood, got his start on a fan-voted television competition series. He went on to win three Latin GRAMMYs, three Latin Billboard Awards and has collaborated with several superstars, including Rihanna, Luis Fonsi and Miley Cyrus.
