Carrie Underwood will soon be adding a new title to her already impressive résumé – Author!

The current CMA Entertainer of the Year nominee just announced plans to release her very first book, FIND YOUR PATH: Honor Your Body, Fuel Your Soul, and Get Strong with the Fit52 Life.

According to People, Underwood’s book will introduce fans to her Fit52 program and detail her personal health and fitness journey. The Oklahoma native will also open up about navigating the “pressure to look perfect” and “fit the mold” after winning American Idol and in the beginning stages of her country music career.

“Fitness and healthy living have been a passion of mine for years,” the “Southbound” singer shared with People. “It took time to find my way and navigate my wellness journey, and this book will provide tips and tools to help the reader find what is practical and sustainable in his or her everyday life for all 52 weeks of the year, and help lead them toward a positive lifestyle.”

Underwood, who is the founder and lead designer of the fitness brand CALIA, hopes the book will help lead her fans to live a healthy lifestyle.

“What I love about Carrie’s approach to fitness is that it is so simple and practical — it’s about balance,” senior editor Jessica Sindler said in a statement. “And Carrie herself is so grounded. Following her advice in this book is the next best thing to working out with a best friend.”

FIND YOUR PATH: Honor Your Body, Fuel Your Soul, and Get Strong with the Fit52 Life will be published by Dey Street Books and will be released in 2020.
