Fans across the United States will ring in 2022 in style with New Year’s Eve Live: Nashville Big Bash, a star-studded celebration airing on CBS.
The special will feature performances from Jason Aldean, Jimmie Allen, Kelsea Ballerini, Gabby Barrett, Dierks Bentley, Brooks & Dunn, Luke Bryan, Dan + Shay, Elle King, Miranda Lambert, Darius Rucker, Blake Shelton, Cole Swindell, Zac Brown Band and more from multiple locations around Music City, including Lower Broadway’s honky-tonks, bars and clubs.
Featuring nearly 50 performances, New Year’s Eve Live: Nashville’s Big Bash will include mainstage performances from headliners Dierks Bentley, Zac Brown Band and Dan + Shay live from Nashville’s Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park. The evening will culminate with the infamous drop of the Nashville Music Note and a massive fireworks display at midnight CT.

Executive produced by Robert Deaton and Mary Hilliard Harrington in partnership with the Nashville Convention and Visitors Corp, and directed by Sandra Restrepo, New Year’s Eve Live: Nashville Big Bash, will air on the CBS Television Network and will be available to stream live and on demand on Paramount+ on Friday, December 31 8:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT, 11:30 PM-1:30 AM, ET/PT.

Lauren Jo Black, a University of Central Florida graduate, has immersed herself in the world of country music for over 15 years. During this time, she hosted 24 weeks of live concerts via Country Now Live on Twitch with special guests such as Lady A, Dierks Bentley, Jordan Davis, Brett Young, and Jon Pardi. Over the course of her career, she has had the privilege of conducting interviews with some of the industry’s most prominent stars, including Reba McEntire, Blake Shelton, Luke Combs, Carrie Underwood, Luke Bryan, Miranda Lambert, Lainey Wilson, and many others. Lauren Jo Black is a longtime member of the Country Music Association and the Academy of Country Music.
