Less than one year after going public with their relationship, country singer Chris Lane and The Bachelor alum Lauren Bushnell are married.

The couple tied the knot in Nashville on Friday (Oct. 25) in an indoor “secret garden” themed ceremony, People reports.

Lane and Bushnell exchanged vows in front of 160 guests, including Jana Kramer and her husband, Mike Caussin, Abby Smyers, wife of Dan Smyers of Dan + Shay, and a few of Bushnell’s The Bachelor alums, Amanda Stanton, Jen Saviano and twins Haley Ferguson and Emily Ferguson.

“I’ve just looked forward to the day for quite some time and I’m glad that it’s finally here,” Lane shared with People. “I feel like I’m the luckiest guy in the world to be marrying her.”

“I feel like the luckiest girl,” his bride added. “We both recognize what we have is special, and we feel very lucky.”

Following the “romantic” ceremony, the newlyweds treated guests to a spread that included roasted chicken, beef filets, risotto and asparagus. For dessert, they enjoyed a traditional white wedding cake as well as strawberry shortcake.

“We didn’t want anyone leaving hungry,” Bushnell explained.

The couple shared their first dance to a stripped-down version of Lane’s latest single, “Big Big Plans,” which is also the song he used when he proposed to her in June.

“Chris wrote it, and it was inspired by our relationship, and it has such a special meaning to us,” Bushnell told People, “so I don’t think we could really dance to anything else.”

The newlyweds will enjoy a quick getaway before Lane launches his Big Big Plans Tour later this week. They hope to enjoy a real honeymoon once Lane gets a break in his tour schedule.
