Chris Stapleton and his wife, Morgane, graced the CMA Awards red carpet on Wednesday evening (Nov. 8), looking as elegant as ever. Enjoying a date night during “Country Music’s Biggest Night,” Chris and Morgane were all smiles as they made their way down the carpet hand in hand.
The soulful vocalist looked dapper in an all-black suit with his long locks and signature beard and cowboy hat. Morgane matched her superstar husband in an all-black dress that added pops of colorful flowers throughout. She topped off her look with emerald earrings and had her hair tied back.
Chris and Morgane, who are parents to five children, celebrated their 16th wedding anniversary in late October. With a marriage that has truly withstood the true test of time, Stapleton recently shared what he believes to be the “key to a successful marriage.”

“I’d say communication,” Stapleton, 45, told Fox News Digital at the 2023 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony last weekend. The eight-time GRAMMY winner was on hand to induct Sheryl Crow and performed alongside Elton John and Brittany Howard.
“We’re always working on that … love and kindness and patience. I think you have those things in play, hopefully, you can overcome whatever obstacles.”
Chris Stapleton earned three CMA Awards nominations this year, including a nod for the night’s top honor, Entertainer of the Year. During the show, he earned a standing ovation for his performance of his latest single, “White Horse.” With Morgane by his side, the multi-faceted entertainer delivered a captivating performance of the chart-climbing song. He’s also slated to perform “We Don’t Fight Anymore” with Carly Pearce during the star-studded ceremony.

Stapleton will release his highly anticipated new album, Higher, on November 10. The 14-track release includes “White Horse,” and was recorded at Nashville’s iconic RCA Studio A.
Co-hosted by Luke Bryan and Peyton Manning, the 57th Annual CMA Awards aired live on Wednesday, November 8 on ABC (8:00-11:00 PM/EST). The star-studded show featured performances by Kelsea Ballerini, Luke Bryan, Luke Combs, Dan + Shay, Jordan Davis, Cody Johnson, Ashley McBryde, The War And Treaty, Lainey Wilson, and more.

Always known for epic collaborations, the 2023 CMA Awards also featured a Jimmy Buffett tribute from Kenny Chesney, Alan Jackson, Mac McAnally, and Zac Brown Band, a not-to-be-missed performance of country classics from Post Malone, Morgan Wallen, and HARDY, a performance honoring The Judds from Jelly Roll and K. Michelle, plus special duets from Old Dominion and Megan Moroney, and Little Big Town with Tanya Tucker.
