Dan + Shay are already big winners ahead of the 2021 American Music Awards.
The country superstar duo took home an American Music Awards win ahead of the live broadcast tonight on ABC at 8/7c.
During a TikTok live stream, hosted by JoJo, Tetris Kelly and Tiffany Taylor, the GRAMMY-award winning country duo were awarded with the trophy for Favorite Country Duo/Group.
Dan + Shay were nominated in the Favorite Country Duo/Group category alongside Florida Georgia Line, Lady A, Old Dominion and Zac Brown Band.

The chart-topping country duo are currently in the midst of their headlining arena tour. The 30+ date trek kicked off on September 9 in Greenville, SC. The tour will make stops in major cities such as New York, Los Angeles and Atlanta before wrapping on December 7 in Boston.
The Band CAMINO and Ingrid Andress serve as support on the trek.
The 2021 AMAs will also feature performances from Olivia Rodrigo, Bad Bunny with Tainy and Juliete Venegas, Kane Brown, Jason Aldean and Carrie Underwood, New Edition, New Kids on the Block, Diplo, Måneskin, Mickey Guyton, Tyler, the Creator, Walker Hayes, and Zoe Wees.
The awards ceremony will also feature dozens of presenters, including Machine Gun Kelly, Brandy, Ansel Elgort and Rachel Zegler, Anthony Ramos, Billy Porter, D-Nice, Drew Lachey, Joey Fatone and Shawn Stockman, JB Smoove, JoJo Siwa, Liza Koshy, Marsai Martin, Madelyn Cline, Michelle Young, and Winnie Harlow.

Hosted by Cardi B, the American Music Awards will air live from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles at 8/7c on ABC.
