Dolly Parton fans everywhere will be able to witness history tonight with the airing of Dolly Parton: 50 Years at the Opry.
The two-hour television special chronicles Parton‘s 50 years as a member of the Grand Ole Opry and celebrates her musical legacy with performances from Dierks Bentley, Emmylou Harris, Chris Janson, Toby Keith, Lady Antebellum, Margo Price, Hank Williams Jr. and others.
Additionally, the special will feature flashbacks of Parton’s most exciting moments on the Opry stage and interviews with the global superstar and many of the artists she’s influenced throughout her career.
Dolly Parton: 50 Years at the Opry airs tonight, Tuesday, Nov. 26, at 9 pm ET/PT on NBC.

During this time, she hosted 24 weeks of live concerts via Country Now Live on Twitch with special guests such as Lady A, Dierks Bentley, Jordan Davis, Brett Young, and Jon Pardi. Over the course of her career, she has had the privilege of conducting interviews with some of the industry’s most prominent stars, including Reba McEntire, Blake Shelton, Luke Combs, Carrie Underwood, Luke Bryan, Miranda Lambert, Lainey Wilson, and many others. Lauren Jo Black is a longtime member of the Country Music Association and the Academy of Country Music.
