Luke Combs recently shared a snippet of himself covering one of Garth Brooks’ biggest hits and fans are loving it.
The superstar, who recently revealed that he’s “kinda enjoying” his time in self-quarantine at his Tennessee home, has been sharing home performances with fans quite often since being forced to put his massive What You See Is What You Get Tour on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
His latest video showcases a short performance of one of his “favorite Garth Brooks songs,” “The Dance.”
“Our lives are better left to chance. I could have missed the pain, but I’d have had to miss the dance…,” Combs captioned the clip, referencing the song’s heartfelt lyrics.
“The Dance” was released in 1990 as the fourth single off Brooks’ self-titled debut album. The sentimental track is considered to be one of Brooks’ signature songs and was a three-week No.1.
