Gary Allan is mourning the loss of his dog, Lucy.
The country hitmaker took to social media on Monday (Aug. 16) to share the devastating news that his dog, Lucy, has passed away.
“RIP Lucy!! Lost a great one today, you’ll always be missed,” he captioned a photo of his four-legged friend.

Lucy was a Goldendoodle who often joined Allan on tour. She even graced the stage at many of his shows.
“She travels with me and comes onstage each night during our encore,” Allan revealed in a 2018 interview with Go San Angelo.
Lucy was one of several dogs that belong to Allan. In 2019, he shared a snapshot of his pups with the caption, “Family shot!”
