Hailey Whitters is set to release a new six-song EP titled I’m In Love on July 28. The title track “I’m In Love” was released ahead of the project’s debut and the official video followed just days later.

Different from her other albums, “I’m In Love ” taps into Whitters’ 90’s country influences and explores themes of relationships, heartbreak and finding true love. Produced by Jake Gear and Whitters herself, I’m In Love offers a glimpse of the artist and woman Whitters has become.

Six-Track Project

“My last two LPs were concept records – The Dream being about my Nashville experience, and Raised was a love letter to the heartland I’m from,” Whitters explained in a release. “Both of these records are foundational to who I am. Along the way I’ve lived a lot of life and learned a lot about myself, and I’m excited to get more personal and straight from the heart with this next chapter.  If you’ve made it this far, you know where I’m coming from. Now I’m ready to share where I’ve been and who I am.”

The title track, “I’m In Love,” was written by Nicolle Galyon, Lee Miller, and Cameron Bedell. It is a testament to the freedom of a summertime love and midwestern charm.

“I knew the minute I heard this song I had to record it,” Whitters stated. “I didn’t write it, but I wish I had. “I love – pun intended – the quirky language and spirit.” Whitters continued “Every time I sing it I’m smiling like a big ol sap because it just makes me so happy and puts me in a good mood.”

Before the release of the new EP, Whitters won the New Female Artist of the Year at the 58th Academy of Country Music Awards in May, where she performed her RIAA gold-certified hit single “Everything She Ain’t.” She also became Billboard’s July 2023 all-genre chartbreaker for the success of her breakout song “Everything She Ain’t.”

Whitters will continue performing at festivals this summer including Country Thunder, Faster Horses, Country Jam, TidalWave Music Festival, Bourbon & Beyond, Pilgrimage Music Festival and more. She will then begin touring with Eric Church and offer several supporting dates for Luke Bryan.
