After a whirlwind year, which included the release of Ocean, Lady Antebellum’s most personal and honest album to date, Lady A‘s Hillary Scott is ready to enjoy the holiday season with her husband, Chris, and their daughters, Eisele, 6, and Betsy and Emory, 22 months.

While Christmastime is always a special season in her household, Scott believes this year will be especially memorable because of her children’s ages.

“This will be the first year that all three of my girls are running around like mad,” she explains. “Last year, the twins were a little smaller and not as mobile as they are now. So, it’ll be awesome. I think they’ll be able to understand a little bit more the magic of Christmas.”

Big sister Eisele is especially excited for the upcoming holiday and has been counting down the days already.

“She’s in like full-blown, like, ‘How many days until Christmas?’ She’s getting so excited, so I think it’s going to be really special,” Scott shares.

Hillary Scott has one more performance with Lady Antebellum before she can settle back in Nashville for the holidays. Lady A is scheduled to perform their Top 5 and climbing single, “What If I Never Get Over You,” on the season finale of NBC’s The Voice on Tuesday, December 17.
