ABC is slowly revealing the cast for the upcoming season of Dancing with the Stars and many fans seem to think that country hitmaker Jimmie Allen will be among the celebrity cast.
The latest Instagram post from DWTS hints that a country singer is the mystery contestant and the caption has all signs pointing to Allen.
“Go ahead, take your best shot. If you can figure out who this celeb is, sing it loud,” the caption reads.
This is likely a reference to Allen’s debut single, “Best Shot.”

The image showcases the infamous DWTS mirror ball as well as a trumpet, which is likely a reference to Jimmie Allen’s recently released children’s book, My Voice Is A Trumpet.
If Allen is in fact the mystery celebrity cast member, he won’t be the first country star to join the hit show.
Other artists who have previously competed on Dancing with the Stars include Jana Kramer, Lauren Alaina, Sara Evans, Billy Ray Cyrus, Bobby Bones and Kellie Pickler.
Other celebrities confirmed to appear on the 30th season of Dancing with the Stars include JoJo Siwa, Brian Austin Green and Sunisa “Suni” Lee.
Tyra Banks will return to host the show.
Dancing with the Stars is set to premiere on Monday, September 20 on ABC.
