Jake Owen’s family takes center stage in his brand new video for his latest single, “Made For You.”
The just-released clip showcases Owen’s girlfriend, Erica Hartlein, their daughter Paris Hartley, 15 months, and his daughter from a previous relationship, Olive Pearl, 7. The video features clips of the family at home, fishing and spending time together on the lake.
The heartwarming video also highlights other families and brings the song’s sweet message to life.
“This is a song about love. Love for people and moments in our lives. You all shared examples of those moments in your life and some of them are in this video,” Owen shared with People.com, who premiered the music video on Wednesday (July 15).
“I was looking for love of all different types and representations,” he explained. “There were so many submissions [so it was] hard to choose.”
Written by Benjy Davis, Joey Hyde and Neil Medley, “Made For You” is the latest single from Owen’s 2019 album, Greetings From…Jake. It’s the follow-up to the country hitmaker’s eighth chart-topping single, “Homemade.”
