The first round of performers for the upcoming 59th Academy of Country Music Awards have been announced.
Who Will Be Taking The Stage?
The Academy of Country Music (ACM), Prime Video, and Dick Clark Productions (DCP) broke the news on Monday morning, revealing “Country Music’s Biggest Night” will feature star-studded performances by Jason Aldean, Kane Brown, Jelly Roll, Cody Johnson, Miranda Lambert, Thomas Rhett, Chris Stapleton, and Lainey Wilson.
Reba McEntire Will Do Double Duty As Host And Performer
As previously announced, 16-time ACM Award-winning entertainment icon, Reba McEntire is set to return as host of the coveted award show for the 17th time. On Thursday, May 16, she will also take the stage to debut brand new music in a highly anticipated, show-stopping performance.
“I am tickled to pieces to get to host the ACM Awards for the 17th time!” McEntire recently shared. “What an honor to have been part of the past, present and now the future of the Academy of Country Music with Amazon Prime Video. I can’t wait to get to Texas and see everybody May 16th!”

Top Nominees Of The Upcoming Show
When the nominations for the 59th Academy of Country Music Awards were announced earlier this month, hitmakers Luke Combs, Megan Moroney, and Morgan Wallen were placed among the top nominees among their peers. Combs claimed eight nominations, while Moroney and Wallen each nabbed six. Other top ACM Awards nominees of the night include Cody Johnson, Chris Stapleton, Lainey Wilson, Jelly Roll, and Jordan Davis.

The 2024 ACM Awards is produced by Dick Clark Productions and will be free to stream live exclusively for a global audience on Prime Video from Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas on Thursday, May 16 at 8 p.m. EDT / 7 p.m. CDT / 5 p.m. PDT. Fans don’t need a Prime membership to join in live; everyone is welcome to attend the Party of the Year. Fans can also tune into the official ACM Red Carpet on Prime Video, the Amazon Music Channel on Twitch, and Amazon Live, starting at 7 p.m. EDT / 6 p.m. CDT / 4 p.m. PDT.
Since 1966, the Emmy-nominated evening has aimed to celebrate Country Music’s biggest stars as well as a slew of emerging talent within the industry. This year, viewers worldwide will once again be treated to unforgettable performances, exclusive collaborations, and plenty of unexpected moments that will surely make the evening a memorable one.
Immediately following the show, a full rebroadcast will be available to stream on Prime Video. Then the next day, fans can relive the evening on Amazon Freevee and the Amazon Music app.
