Jason Aldean is hitting the links with President Donald Trump again.
The country superstar took to Instagram on Saturday to document his time on the gold course with President Trump alongside members of his band, including Tully Kennedy and Kurt Allison.
“Back in Palm Beach today and ran into my ol friend @realdonaldtrump on the golf course. ⛳️,” the country star captioned his post.
Aldean previously spent time with the 45th President of the United States on New Year’s Eve when he attended and performed at President Trump’s lavish New Year’s Eve gala at Mar-a-Lago, a resort and historic landmark owned by the Trump family.
Aldean and his wife, Brittany, were among the star-studded guest list, which also included Rudy Giulianai, Trump’s attorney and former New York City mayor, Eric Trump, his wife, Lara, and their children, as well as Ivanka Trump and her husband, Jared Kushner.
Ahead of the black-tie affair, Aldean went golfing with Trump and said they “hit it off.”
“He’s pretty good, he definitely beat me by a lot!” Aldean told Audacy’s Rob + Holly of Trump’s golf game. “He was giving tips all day and unfortunately he actually didn’t start giving tips until about the 11th hole or something, I [said] ‘I wish you would’ve started this back at hole #1.’”
After ringing in 2022 with the former president, Aldean admitted he was a bit starsruck over the opportunity to meet him.
“I had never met him,” the “If I Didn’t Love You” singer explained. “I was like, ‘Does he expect me to be good? Because if he’s expecting to come out and be good, he’s going to be really pissed off after like, a couple holes.’”
He added, “He knew [my] songs and he was like, talkin’ about names of songs and different things so it as pretty neat.“
The Aldeans have been quite vocal about their support for the former president on social media. In the fall of 2021, they made headlines when their children were seen sporting anti-Biden shirts.
