Jelly Roll has been putting in the work on his health journey — and the results just keep rolling in. Nearly five months after first announcing that he’d lost 120 pounds, the country star has shared another exciting update, revealing he’s now down nearly 200 pounds.

He opened up about his latest milestone during an appearance on Wednesday night’s PPG Paints Arena show, “Pat McAfee’s Big Night Aht.”

“I started at 540 pounds and I was 357 pounds this morning,” the Antioch, TN native told the former NFL player. “I’m gonna lose another 100 pounds and go skydiving with my wife in Sweden, baby!”

With each pound that Jelly Roll loses, he’s discovering just so many new things in life he’s now able to do, such as skydiving in Sweden, snowmobiling and hiking a mountain in Arizona.

“I hiked a mountain the other day. Camelback,” the hitmaker told E! News in February. “There is no way that would have been possible beforehand, so it’s great to see that progress and we still are going.”

Jelly Roll began his extensive weightless journey at about 500 pounds, and really hit the ground running during his 2024 trek, The Beautifully Broken Tour. Throughout this run, he started to make some major lifestyle changes guided by his personal chef/nutrition coach, Ian Larios that led to him losing over 100 pounds by October 2024.

Jelly Roll is proud of the progress he’s made, but he’s far from finished. Alongside his weight loss journey, he’s been giving fans a closer look at his daily routine—from ice bath challenges to “what I eat in a day” videos. In a recent social media post, he also revealed he’s now training for his second 5K.

“Of everything I’ve been through in my life and career, ya’ll, the biggest change I’ve ever made is happening right now. I’m right in the middle of it” he said in the clip as sweat dripped off his face.

A huge reason the “Liar” singer has been able to stay so motivated this entire time, is because of the incredible support system around him and his fellow underdogs who look to him as a mentor. His biggest and loudest cheerleader has always been his wife, Bunnie XO, who will take any opportunity to hype up her man.

“The things that motivate me and keep me going are the people I have met along the way across the juveniles and rehab centers or prisons,” he shared. “The people that come up to me and bravely share their sobriety date, or a story of something that they’ve dealt with, or someone they’ve lost.”

The genre-bending artist is currently appearing on ABC every Sunday as American Idol’s first-ever Artist in Residence. This role allows him to work closely with the contestants all season long, offering them advice and guidance as they navigate the journey.

Additionally, he’s gearing up to join Post Malone on The BIG ASS Stadium Tour and make his way throughout Canada this spring.
