It appears Jennifer Lawrence is a big fan of Miranda Lambert.
During an appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Wednesday (Jan. 5), Lawrence joined the show’s host for a 15-question game he called, ‘The Colbert Questionert’ and gave a major shout out to the country superstar.
The game began with Colbert asking the Don’t Look Up actress what her about favorite sandwich (Cubano).
‘The Colbert Questionert’ continued as Colbert asked the Kentucky native several other questions, including “What’s one thing you own that you should really throw out?” “What is the scariest animal?” “Apples or Oranges?” and more.

However, one question that really caught the attention of fans was when the Oscar-winning actress was asked “you only get one song to listen to the rest of your life: what is it?”
After pausing to think, Lawrence replied, “I can’t answer that, how do you answer that?”
“Carefully,” Colbert replied. “God is listening, God is listening.”
After a moment of thought, Lawrence said, “a Miranda Lambert song, probably,” before revealing “Holding On To You” as the one song she would listen to for the rest of her life.

“Holding On To You” was co-written by Lambert alongside Jessi Alexander and Ashley Monroe. The track appears on Lambert’s fifth studio album, Platinum, which also features hits such as “Little Red Wagon,” “Automatic,” and “Something Bad” with Carrie Underwood.
Lambert acknowledged the actress’s compliment as she re-shared video of the interview throughout her social media profiles.
