Jeremy McComb has teamed up with Blue Ice Vodka to launch his upcoming tour that will take him across the United States and over to Europe.
Partnering with this brand hits close to home for the singer/songwriter because he was born in Idaho and appreciates the standards to which they hold their craft to.
“This is a dream partnership for me,” McComb shared in a press release. “Blue Ice Vodka is Idaho born and bred and the entire organization is full of that spirit — doing things their own way and outworking everyone around them. Blue Ice Vodka embodies everything I love about my home state and is filled with unapologetically defiant and wonderfully humble, kind and genuine people.”
Blue Ice Vodka is proud to share their 80-proof vodka, which is now available in the United States’ marketplace at 64 calories an ounce. After launching the potato version of the product, the company also unveiled a pair of new vodkas which they dub, “fit-friendly.” The organic wheat and huckleberry flavored drinks are non-GMO, gluten-free and have no added sugar.
“We are very excited to partner with Jeremy McComb,” shares Thomas Gibson, President and COO of Blue Ice Vodka. “Jeremy is as authentic as Blue Ice and are both Idaho born. We look forward to a great year of great music.”
This partnership is just the starting point to a big year ahead for McComb. He’s slated to hit the road for his tour, which features dates with Jason Boland as well as solo acoustic, club and festival shows. This run will be a major opportunity for the rising artist to introduce his music to country music fans around the world.
In 2022, McComb dropped his The Way Back project. This six-track EP is a result of the inspiration that struck him after having plenty of time with his thoughts during the pandemic.
Among the track list is his most recent single, “Every Road.” McComb acts as the sole writer on this song that hones in on not taking the innocence of your younger years for granted, while his perspective on the world begins to shift after reality strikes.
“I wanted to stay right there / More than anything before / The midnight moon was in her eyes / I could feel it all unfold,” he sings in the chorus. “Now nothing’s mine / My heart, my fears are yours / And just like that / Every road don’t lead home no more.”
This singer/songwriter has been paving his own path in the industry for decades. As a sixth-generation musician, McComb grew up surrounded by the highs and lows found within the world of music. He started out as a tour manager before releasing music of his own, including the albums MY SIDE OF TOWN and FM as well as his EP, Leap & the Net Will Appear.
With all the opportunities and experiences he’s gained, McComb can proudly say that his resume includes charted songs and multiple cuts for a GRAMMY-nominated album and projects that have sold over 6 MILLION copies.
The first leg of the tour, fueled by Blue Ice Vodka, will kick off May 2 with a series of performances in Key West, FL. Then, beginning May 18, Jeremy McComb will cross the pond to play in Scotland, Ireland, the U.K.
