Jon Pardi has had to make the unfortunate decision to postpone more upcoming dates of his Mr. Saturday Night Tour due to his ongoing illness that has now spread to his family as well as members of his band and crew.
The country star shared the update via Twitter and Instagram stories on Wednesday, following the announcement he made on October 25, letting fans know he had to cancel several shows after being diagnosed with strep throat. With his most recent video, Pardi reveals he and his baby girl Presley are now both battling COVID.
“Just gonna cut right to the chase. I have to reschedule this weekend,” Pardi said in the video message. “Also, I now have COVID. Presley has COVID. Summer’s probably got COVID. It’s been going around my family and band and crew. So the best thing to do is just reschedule.”
Shared Apologetic Video Message
On top of feeling sick, the “Ain’t Always The Cowboy” singer explained how disappointed he was to have to extend his time away from the stage and once again apologized to all the fans who were equally as excited to attend.
“Was really looking forward to this weekend, but gotta get healthy and rest,” he added, sounding discouraged. “There’s nothing fun about this. I hate this. I’m sorry once again and I hope everybody’s safe out there.”
The three additional shows that have been impacted by this news include Nampa, ID (Nov. 2), Missoula, MT (Nov. 3) and Billings, MT (Nov. 4). According to Pardi, fans should hold onto their tickets because more information of new dates for these concerts will be available soon.
The good news is that the three shows that were originally postponed on Eugene, OR, Abbotsford, BC, and Everett, WA now officially have dates on the books for next year.
New Tour Dates:
February 15, 2024 – Abbotsford, BC – Abbotsford Centre
February 16, 2024 – Everett, WA– Angel of the Wings Arena
February 17, 2024 – Billings, MT – Matthew Knight Arena
Midland and Will Jones, who were both originally scheduled as opening acts will return for the brand-new dates.

Pardi Has Been Battling Various Illnesses Since The Start Of The Tour
The Mr. Saturday Night World tour was originally scheduled to launch in Belfast, Northern Ireland on August 25. However, a few days prior, Pardi took to social media to let fans know that all of the U.K. and European dates originally on the books through September would have to be rescheduled for a later date.
At the time, he didn’t reveal a reason for having to share this news, but according to his recent interview on The Bobby Bones Show, he was enduring some pretty serious health issues at the time.
Pardi revealed he was “battling an infection for a long time” and as a result was prescribed antibiotics for 12 weeks.
“It was a prostate infection. It was a weird deal…And it gets scary,” he admitted. “The doctor checks, old-school doctor check, not fun.”
When going a bit more in-depth into what this sickness entailed, he revealed he was “peeing like I was 90 years old.”
“You try to go to the bathroom, it’s hard to go and it was weird. It was out of nowhere and you could get, there’s like 600 bacteria’s that could do it and they’re all from weird stuff,” he explained.
He went on to share that between being diagnosed as “pre-diabetic” and fighting an infection, he was hit with the realization that he may need to start altering his lifestyle to be healthier.
“It was literally like I was falling apart so I needed to make a change.”
Promising To Make His Way To The U.K. And Europe In 2024
Luckily, there are already plans in place for Pardi to head over to the U.K. and Europe to make up those long-awaited performances.
“We’re going back in April, so still we’re still going to be the world tour,” he said, revealing his excitement for the upcoming shows. “I’ve been wanting to go to UK for a long time. The fans over there have been great and they want me to come. I’m going over, I’m going to video myself getting on that plane and post it. So there’s facts that I’m coming.”
Jon Pardi’s Mr. Saturday Night Tour in support of his latest album, Mr. Saturday Night. This collection features a slew of fan favorites such as “Last Night Lonely,” “Longneck Way To Go” featuring Midland, and his latest single, “Your Heart Or Mine.”
The headlining trek is expected to resume on November 16 in London, ON.
Midland, Ella Langley, DJ Highmax, Randall King and Jackson Dean have been tapped to serve as support on select dates of the tour.
