Jordan Davis is turning heads with “Cool Anymore,” his recently released duet with pop artist Julia Michaels.

The breezy tune was written by Davis and Michaels alongside Nicolle Galyon, Ross Copperman and Emily Weisband and encourages fans to try not to take things too seriously.

“We spend a lot of time playing shows and it’s easy to get caught up in it, but this song is just a reminder to leave work at work. It’s a job. Enjoy it, go out to do the music thing but then come back and be a husband and a friend,” Davis shared.

“It’s just a fun, chill vibe that has a nice little groove to it and makes you smile and feel good,” added Julia. “We’re lucky to be able to go home and let loose with the ones we love.”

The collaborators released a special video to go along with the song. Check it out below.

On top of releasing “Cool Anymore,” Davis recently announced a headlining tour for 2020. Dubbed the Trouble Town Tour, the headlining trek will feature special guests Kassi Ashton and Hailey Whitters.

Two weeks ago, the chart-topping singer/songwriter also welcomed his first child, a baby girl named Eloise Larkin, with his wife Kristen.
