Country superstar Kenny Chesney has sold his Nashville-area home for a whopping $11.5 million, TMZ reports.
The 4 bedroom, 9 bathroom home was originally listed for $13.9 million, however, it appears he settled for less as it sat on the market for several months.
According to real estate websites, the lavish gated property was built in 2008 and boasts 12,599 square feet and two garages with parking spots for 10 vehicles. Additionally, the property features a helipad, a private pond and a billiard room.
The Mediterranean-style villa includes first-class amenities such as a zero-entry swimming pool, a home theater, a home gym, and an elevator.
Nickednamed Bella Luce (meaning Beautiful Light), the property also features a lookout tower with views of the gorgeous hills surrounding the home.
The home sits on a hilltop amongst 56 wooded acres in Williamson County near Franklin, Tennessee.
Chesney reportedly purchased the home for $9.25 million in 2009.
