Georgia native, Lauren Alaina performed her hits including “Road Less Traveled” and “Getting Good” on Friday (July 3) with her full band during the 1-hour iHeartCountry 4th Of July BBQ Special presented by Lowes.
Her first performance was of her No. 1 single “Road Less Traveled,” which was co-written by Alaina alongside Jesse Frasure and pop star Meghan Trainor.
“We are going to play my first number one song. It is all about acceptance of yourself and others,” Alaina said when introducing her performance.

After giving an impressive performance of her hit single “Road Less Traveled,” Alaina reflected on the good things in life with her latest single “Getting Good.” A song that was written by Emily Weisband and produced by David Garcia.

Alaina also spoke on equal treatment ahead of her performances.
“The most important thing for all of us to do is to listen, to love and to learn so that all humans feel loved and feel treated equally,” Alaina explained.
The iHeartCountry 4th Of July BBQ presented by Lowes Home Improvement, took place on Friday (July 3) at 8/7c on The CW Network, as well as on iHeartCountry stations nationwide. The special will replay throughout the 4th of July weekend on CWTV.com and on iHeartCountry stations across the country. Performances during the virtual event included Kane Brown, Lauren Alaina and Old Dominion, hosted by iHeartMedia radio personality, Bobby Bones.
