Luke Bryan Saddles Up For Headlining Performance At The American Western Weekend 2024

Country superstar Luke Bryan will bring his live show to the Lone Star State next year with a performance at The American Western Weekend. This can’t-miss national sporting event is a celebration of the pioneering spirit of the American West owned by Teton Ridge and includes two major events: The American Performance Horseman and The American Rodeo.

When Is The American Western Weekend?  

The American Western Weekend will take place at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas (home of the 2023 World Series champions, the Texas Rangers, on March 8 and March 9, 2024.  

Bryan will headline the festivities on Friday evening, March 8. The five-time Entertainer of the Year will take the stage following The American Performance Horseman. Before his performance, attendees will witness the best equine and human athletes competing on the biggest stage with the largest prize purse in history. Now in its second year, The American Performance Horseman will include the legendary cowboy sports of cutting, reining and reined cow horse.

The weekend filled with western sports and entertainment will continue on Saturday night, March 9, featuring uninterrupted action at The American Rodeo, the renowned biggest single-day rodeo payout in the world. The American Rodeo, acquired by Teton Ridge in 2021, features competitors in all eight traditional rodeo disciplines – barrel racing, breakaway roping, steer wrestling, team roping, tie down roping, bareback riding, saddle bronc, and bull riding.

Further details about additional musical performances throughout the weekend will be disclosed in the coming weeks. 

How Do You Get Tickets?

Tickets for The American Western Weekend will go on sale beginning Wednesday, December 6 at 10 am local time. Tickets start at $30 and will be available to purchase HERE. Performance tickets, including for the Luke Bryan concert, cannot be purchased separately.

A Chance To See Luke Bryan Live In 2024

Luke Bryan’s performance at The American Western Weekend comes after the final shows of his Las Vegas residency, taking place on select dates Dec. 29 through Jan. 6). He’ll then jet down to Mexico for his annual Crash My Playa event, featuring special guests Jelly Roll, Jon Pardi, Dierks Bentley, Eddie Montgomery, Bailey Zimmerman, and more. 

Bryan, who recently co-hosted the CMA Awards alongside Peyton Manning, will also return to American Idol early next year. This performance at The American Western Weekend is one of a limited number of tour dates announced for 2024 so far.
