Rising country star Madeline Merlo is bringing her sexy single “Kiss Kiss” to life with a brand new music video.

The alluring clip finds Merlo at a masquerade party with her love interest. As they both try to shake off the memories of their exes, she proposes that they leave together and don’t look back.

“Baby, we should just kiss kiss right now/ Maybe we could just ditch this whole crowd/ In a getaway car, lets light up the dark and pretend to call it love/ We’ll say it’s more than just a weekend rebound/ It’s a lie but it’s a good one right now/ Let me make you feel/ Better than she ever did, getting what we both miss/ Crossing out the exes/ Baby, we should just kiss kiss,” the Canadian native sings on the chorus.

“The video for ‘Kiss Kiss’ mirrors a step into a new space sonically for me with darker visuals to represent this fresh take on a breakup song,” Merlo says of the video.

Merlo, who has already made a name for herself in Canada, caught the attention of U.S. fans when she won the recent season premiere of NBC’s Songland. She co-wrote the song “Champagne Night,” which was chosen by Grammy-winning group Lady A and then released to country radio.

She continues to make waves with her own music as “Kiss Kiss” continues to climb the Canadian country radio Mediabase charts.
