Miranda Lambert received a surprise gift from her husband, Brendan McLoughlin while celebrating their anniversary during a Mexican vacation to Isla Mujeres Island.
The ACM Triple Crown winner took to Instagram stories to thank her husband and her longtime stylist, Tiffany Gifford, for helping him pull off the surprise of a brand new, custom wedding band from Mud Lowery.
“Thank you @mudlowery for making this custom turquoise and sparkle wedding band to go with my ring. It’s so beautiful! And thanks @tiffanygiffordstyle and @brendanjmcloughlin for the surprise,” she sweetly wrote. “Best 4th anniversary gift! Love all y’all.”
Lambert showcased her new bling in a photo with the caption, “Turquoise is our color.”
The eternity band features turquoise stones alongside diamonds and fits perfectly with her engagement ring.
In addition to her anniversary gift, Lambert also enjoyed some Mexican fare, margaritas, and beach time with McLoughlin.
She shared several snapshots from their tropical getaway with fans as well as a heartfelt message for husband of four years.
“Celebrating 4 years married today with my main squeeze @brendanjmcloughlin 💍💕,” she captioned a set of photos of the couple. “Happy anniversary babe! You are the best.”
She closed her caption with a hilarious message in reference to the shirtless photos of McLoughlin.
“Y’all are welcome for the last two pics 😍🤠,” she quipped.
McLoughlin also shared a photo gallery in honor of their anniversary.
“4 years down and a lifetime to go,” McLoughlin wrote. “Happy anniversary @mirandalambert ❤️❤️”
The couple bid farewell to their island vacay with several more snapshots from their adventures.
“Until next time Isla Mujeres ☀️🌅🌴🧡,” Lambert captioned the carousel of photos.
This isn’t the couple’s first anniversary trip. In 2022, Lambert and McLoughlin celebrated their third anniversary with a tropical escape.
The pair met in late 2018 and shocked fans in February 2019 with the news that they privately tied the knot weeks prior.
“In honor of Valentine’s Day I wanted to share some news. I met the love of my life. And we got hitched! My heart is full. Thank you Brendan Mcloughlin for loving me for…. me,” she shared when she officially announced their marriage.
Since then, Miranda Lambert and Brendan McLoughlin have been inseparable. They often go on low-key RV trips together and he also accompanies her on tour.
Last summer, the love birds traveled across the country together and updated fans from various stops of their 20-day road trip, including destinations in Montana and Utah.
The “Strange” singer detailed her relationship with her husband in an interview with PEOPLE.
“I want to be open about how happy we are,” she said. “I just don’t give two s—s about people’s opinion of me, my marriage, my music or anything else. I just care that I’m being me.”
She also praised him for his unconditional love, admitting, “It’s nice to have a partner in that, someone by your side that supports you, loves you and believes in you. He loves me for me. It’s a really cool thing to have in my life, at this point in my life.”
McLoughlin has also made cameos in several of Lambert’s music videos, including “If I Was A Cowboy,” “Settling Down,” and “Tequila Does (Telemitry Remix).”
Her husband has also appeared in the promotional clips and photos for Miranda Lambert’s Wanda June Home collection.
He’s been by her side as she celebrated career accomplishments as well, including the opening of Miranda Lambert’s Casa Rosa Nashville, her induction into the Cowgirl Hall of Fame and most recently when Lambert received the ACM Triple Crown Award.
The Texas native is currently on a break from her Velvet Rodeo Las Vegas Residency at Zappos Theater, which kicked off on September 23, 2022. Lambert’s Velvet Rodeo will return to Las Vegas on March 24, 2023.
