The recent CMA Entertainer of the Year nominee, Miranda Lambert, took to social media on Thursday to wish her little brother, Luke, a happy birthday in the sweetest way.
Lambert shared two photos with her sibling, one of her giving her baby brother a bottle when they were little and another of them all grown up, on the set of her “Tequila Does” music video.
The caption read, “How it started 👉how it’s going….Happy Birthday baby bro! @lukelambert love you so much,” followed by #33.

It’s no secret that the two have a special bond. As Lambert shared with GLAAD, they guide each other through life in various ways. The singer acknowledged that she is working on educating herself on the changing times in the LGBTQ+ community, with the help of her brother and his husband, Marc.
“I know I am uneducated, but I am full of love,” she admitted. “Being in a family where I am surrounded by LGBTQ people, it has me learning and me figuring out how I can be a part of the change and be part of the community and still be the same person I have been as an artist for 20 years.”
Lambert took the opportunity to show her pride in her recent music video for the “Tequila Does” remix. Of course, she included Luke and her brother-in-law in the video, which was shot at Lambert’s Nashville-area property.
“I feel like as a country artist I get to lift them up and stand on that platform with them, and it makes me so happy!” she shared. “All kinds of kinds were in this video! It makes me really proud and humble.”
Luke and Marc expressed their excitement about being included in the vibrant video, filled with family, friends, and lots of tequila.
“When Miranda played the remix for me and my husband Marc, we instantly loved it, so of course we jumped at the chance to bring our best friends to Nashville to be in the video,” Luke said in a press release. “We had such a blast! By the end of the night, we forgot cameras were rolling. The tequila certainly helped!”
Luke shared the same nostoligc image of him and his sister on his Instagram with the caption, “#tbt to two days old with my sister. Look how far we’ve come! As I turn 33, I’m so grateful for my incredible husband, family, and friends.”
Responding to her brothers post, Lambert said, “Love you so much! I’m glad I’ve gotten to annoy you for 33 years! Happy birthday!”
Lambert’s final performances on her tour for the year will take place in November in Florida and Washington.
