Country hitmaker Morgan Wallen was arrested in Downtown Nashville on Saturday evening (May 23) just after 11 pm local time, according to Nashville’s WSMV.
According to a police report obtained by WSMV, Wallen was asked to leave Kid Rock’s Big Ass Honky Tonk Rock N’ Roll Steakhouse (located at 221 Broadway) after “being disorderly inside of the bar and kicking glass items.” Officers at the scene reported that the 27-year-old smelled of alcohol and was given the chance to leave the scene with his friends, however, he chose not to.
According to WKRN, the report stated that he was a “danger to himself and the public” and that he had multiple verbal altercations with passersby.
