Morgan Wallen’s son, Indie, turned 1 on Saturday (July 10) and the singer/songwriter was on hand with Indie’s mom, KT Smith, and his family to celebrate with a “My First Rodeo” party.
The cowboy-themed soiree was a full-on family affair that took place at Gratidude Ranch in Franklin, TN. According to the event space’s website, “GratiDude Ranch bridges rustic charm and modern style” and features a petting zoo and pony rides on 25 acres of gorgeous hillside land.
Indie and guests enjoyed custom themed cookies and a cake adorned with cowboy hats, horseshoes, ropes, and cow-print as well as a horse piñata.
In photos shared by Smith, Wallen is smiling ear-to-ear and can be seen enjoying the 1st birthday festivities alongside Smith, his sisters, his mother and members of Smith’s family. Little Indie looks adorable as ever in tiny blue jeans and a red and white handkerchief.
Included in the series of photos is the first public family photo of Wallen, Indie and KT.

Indigo (Indie) Wilder was born on Friday, July 10, 2020 at 5:43 pm and weighed 6lbs, 13 oz. He’s the first child for both Wallen and Smith. The couple was previously engaged, but broke it off in 2019.
Wallen first introduced fans to Indie via Instagram and shared that he was a “changed man” after meeting his son.
“It’s not just me anymore, and I’m glad it’s not,” Wallen wrote. “This year has been the hardest of my life in so many ways, but that’s not what i will remember it by. You are. You are a gift and this tough year just made sense. I’ll be the Dad you deserve as well as the co-parent your mother deserves.”

The “Wasted On You” singer recently shared a rare photo with Indie a few days before Father’s Day.
The image features Wallen embracing his son and the caption throws it back to 2007 with lyrics from Montgomery Gentry’s chart-topping hit, “Lucky Man.”
“1 more day to be my little kids dad…lord knows I’m a lucky man,” he wrote.
