Parker McCollum performed his chart-topping hit, “Pretty Heart,” during Sunday’s We’re Texas fundraiser, which was organized by Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves McConaughey.
McCollum, who hails from Conroe, Texas, performed the song with just his acoustic guitar during the star-studded special. His guitar was adorned with “936,” a nod to the area code of the Houston metropolitan area.
“Pretty Heart” is McCollum’s breakout hit and first No.1 single. The track is featured on his Hollywood Gold EP, which was released in 2020.

We’re Texas also featured performances by Texas natives Charlie Sexton, Clint Black, Gary Clark Jr., George Strait, Kacey Musgraves, Kelly Clarkson, Khalid, Kirk Franklin, Leon Bridges, Don Henley, Los Lonely Boys, Lukas Nelson, Lyle Lovett, Miranda Lambert, Post Malone, Willie Nelson, Randy Rogers and more.
In addition to the star-studded list of performers, the benefit concert also included special appearances by Angie Harmon, Chip & Joanna Gaines, Clayton Kershaw, Colt McCoy, Dak Prescott, Dr. Phil McGraw, Jamie Foxx, Jennifer Garner, Joe Rogan, the Jonas Brothers, Jordan Spieth, Liza Koshy, Megan Thee Stallion, Michael Strahan, Renee Zellweger, Selena Gomez, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Troy Aikman and Woody Harrelson.
Proceeds from the concert will be distributed by the Just Keep Livin’ Foundation‘s Texas Relief Fund to several non-profit organizations including Austin Disaster Relief Network, Meals on Wheels Central Texas, Salvation Army of Texas, Save the Children, Bernard Project (SBP), Team Rubicon and many more. The funds will be distributed to help Texans affected by the recent winter storm which knocked out power to millions of homes and busted water pipes, leaving numerous residents without clean water.
Organized by Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves McConaughey, the Texas benefit concert aired on Sunday, March 21 at 8:00 p.m. ET on McConaughey’s YouTube channel.
