The 2020 Billboard Music Awards {BBMAs) will be underway in just a few hours and country stars Kane Brown, Luke Combs and Garth Brooks are getting in on the action with performances during the star-studded telecast.
Ahead of the show, Brown and Combs took to the Dolby Theatre stage in Los Angeles to prep for the broadcast. Brown shared the staged with Swae Lee and Khalid for their performance of “Be Like That,” while Combs rehearsed an unknown song for the show.
Due to COVID-19, the BBMAs may look a bit different this year, but producers are doing their best to pull off a socially distant show without an audience.
“We do not have an audience at the Dolby,” Mark Bracco, executive producer at Dick Clark Productions told the Los Angeles Times. “But we’ve created a very cool, immersive set that allows us to engulf the whole venue.”
Hosted by Kelly Clarkson, the 2020 Billboard Music Awards will air live on NBC on Oct. 14 at 8 p.m. ET.
