Rascal Flatts officially wrapped their 2026 Life Is A Highway Tour over the weekend, bringing their return to the road to a triumphant close. The 21-city trek found the trio reconnecting with fans across the country, joined by special guests Chris Lane and Lauren Alaina, who helped set the tone each night with high-energy opening sets.
As a heartfelt thank you for joining them not only on this year’s run but also on last year’s leg of the tour, Rascal Flatts surprised both Lane and Alaina with unforgettable gifts: brand-new cars. Photos shared to social media revealed that Alaina drove off in a brand-new Ford Bronco, while Lane was gifted a shiny new Ford Mustang.

Following the final show, the members of Rascal Flatts reflected on the significance of the tour and what it meant to be back onstage together for the second consecutive year.
Joe Don Rooney shared his gratitude in a statement that reads: “It’s been such a blessing to kick off 2026 back in front of fans. Each show has just been an overwhelming reminder that our music still means so much to so many people over 26 years later. The guys and I will be riding this high for the rest of the year, we’re so grateful for everyone that took the time to come out to see us!”
Alaina also marked the end of the tour with an emotional message of her own, admitting she was having a hard time saying goodbye.
“Back home in Nashville today thinking back on how blessed I feel to have been part of the Life Is A Highway Tour. There were so many memories and friendships made over the last year that will last a lifetime,” she wrote. “Thank you @rascalflatts for having me out on BOTH legs of this tour and for letting me share this moment with you. Thank you to every member of the band and crew that worked tirelessly to make this tour possible. And thank YOU ALL for showing up and singing along with us every night. @iamchrislane how lucky are we?! I love you all 🥺🤍 (going to cry into my pillow now).”
The Life Is A Highway Tour brought the country icons’ biggest hits roaring back to life each night, taking fans on a journey through more than two decades of chart-topping music. From the emotional pull of “I’m Movin’ On” and “What Hurts the Most” to the high-energy anthems like “Fast Cars and Freedom” and “Banjo,” every setlist was packed with the songs that helped define an era of country music.

While Rascal Flatts’ Life Is A Highway Tour has officially come to a close, fans will still have plenty of chances to catch the trio live throughout the year. The group is set to appear at several major festivals, including Country Stampede and Voices of America Country Music Festival, keeping the momentum going and giving audiences more opportunities to sing along to their favorite hits.
