Several of Reba McEntire’s former castmates from her 2000’s sitcom, Reba, reunited to cheer on her during a performance at the Hollywood Bowl on Saturday, April 1.

Before making their way to the southern California venue, JoAnna García Swisher, Steve Howey, and Melissa Peterman took to social media to document the night. In doing so, Peterman revealed the hilarious prop they made so that the entire gang could be back together.

Swisher was filmed carrying a giant cardboard cutout of Reba’s head, which was also included in the corner of a group selfie in a following post.

“Mrs. H is at the Hollywood Bowl tonight!!!” Peterman captioned the photo, referring to Reba’s onscreen name, Reba Hart.

During the concert, Peterman filmed the on-screen family dancing and singing along with the rest of the excited crowd.

At the end of the night, the real Reba posed with her friends in a photo that revealed Howey wearing the “Fancy” singer’s merch.

“About last night. It was magic. Seeing Reba at the The Hollywood Bowl was spectacular. Seeing Reba surrounded by friends, family and the friends that are my family was overwhelming and full of feels,” Peterman shared on Facebook following the show. “I have seen Reba perform too many times to count and after every show, I say that was my favorite! But last night was really something special. Bravo to the entire team! The The Isaacs were fabulous. Their Harmonies are gorgeous. And as always Terri Clark brought it!!! Still smiling.”

The popular TV show premiered in 2001 and ran for a total of six seasons. During this time, it was nominated for a Golden Globe award and two Primetime Emmys. While the GRAMMY winner has shown interest in reviving the sitcom, she has yet to confirm any official plans.

“We’ve really been trying to do a reboot of the Reba show,” she previously shared in an interview with the  Bobby Bones Show. “I really want to work with the people that I got to work with during that six-and-a-half years.”

This recent reunion further solidified the need for a Reba reunion. Fans flooded the comment section after seeing these stars back together again and still cheering each other on all these years later.

One user wrote, “Reboot would be a dream!!”

“JEALOUS isn’t even the right word for what I feel right now!! She officially has the best audience tonight,” said another.

As fans continue to be patient in hopes of a future reboot, they can still see McEntire and Peterman on screen together in their new roles on The Hammer. The Lifetime film was inspired by the life of traveling circuit judge, Kim Wanker, and premiered on January 7, 2023. McEntire plays Kim Wheeler “an outspoken, firecracker lawyer who is appointed Judge of the 5th District of Nevada,” while Peterman acts as her sister Kris, who finds herself in a bit of trouble as she’s named the prime suspect.

McEntire’s recent performance at the Hollywood Bowl marks another stop on her extended run of Reba: Live In Concert tour with special guests Terri Clark and The Isaacs.

“Hooray for Hollywood!!! So excited to be at the @hollywoodbowl tonight!” she captioned her recent photo that showed her standing on stage in preparation for the big night.

This trek launched on March 9 in Jacksonville, Florida and will come to a close on April 15 when she takes the stage of the historic Madison Square Garden in New York City.

The current stint of shows follows a busy year for McEntire who returned to her role in the latest season of ABC’s Western crime thriller Big Sky: Deadly Trails. In this show, she acts alongside her boyfriend, Rex Linn, who also appeared in The Hammer

Big Sky returned with a new season on January 4, 2023.

McEntire’s acting career includes a resume full of movies such as Tremors and The Little Rascals and voiced characters for Charlotte’s Web, The Land Before Time XIV, PJ Masks, and more. In addition to her role on Reba she appeared in several other popular TV shows including Malibu Country, Baby Daddy, Last Man Standing, and Young Sheldon.
