Riley Green just dropped an acoustic EP featuring new takes on a few of his hits as well as two brand new songs.

The rising star was inspired to release the acoustic set while driving through his hometown of Jacksonville, AL. The just-released five-song collection includes stripped-down versions of “I Wish Grandpas Never Died,” “Different ‘Round Here” and the chart-topping hit, “There Was This Girl.”

Additionally, the Valley Road EP also includes the unreleased tracks  “If It Wasn’t For Trucks” and “Better Than Me.” The latter was inspired by “everything going on in the world today” and finds Green taking a good, hard look at life and realizing what’s important.
