Sam Hunt has been added to the lineup for the star-studded New Year’s Eve special, Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2020.
Dick Clark Productions and ABC announced the news Tuesday (Dec. 17), also revealing that Post Malone, BTS and Alanis Morissette, who will perform for the first time with the cast of the Broadway musical Jagged Little Pill, have joined the lineup.
Previously announced performers include Kelsea Ballerini, Dan + Shay, Blanco Brown, Green Day, Dua Lipa, Paula Abdul, Ava Max, Megan Thee Stallion, Anthony Ramos, Salt-N-Pepa and SHAED.
Hunt will perform live from Times Square while Ballerini, Dan + Shay and Brown will each perform from the show’s Hollywood stage.
The broadcast, now in its 48th year, will feature pop/R&B singer Ciara as the West Coast host, actress Lucy Hale as the East Coast host and actor Billy Porter as the host for the Central Time Zone.
Multi-media personality Ryan Seacrest will serve as MC for the 15th year.
