Sam Hunt performed his chart-topping hits “Take Your Time” and “Hard To Forget” during an appearance on The Bobby Bones Show as part of the nationally-syndicated radio program’s radiothon for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

The superstar offered a unique take on both tunes, however, and performed them in the style of bluegrass. Hunt says he has been playing a lot of bluegrass music this year, thanks to his brother-in-law, Mason, who is seen playing the mandolin to his left in the clip below.
