Blake Shelton, his wife Gwen Stefani and two of her sons, Zuma and Apollo enjoyed a secluded lakeside getaway at Big Cedar Lodge in Ridgedale, MO. The songstress shared a new video to social media, recapping their trip and the warm welcome they received from the Lodge.
Upon their arrival, the family was surprised with a personalized welcome message printed on the menu of the Osage Restaurant that offers indescribable mountainside views. The clip highlighted a photo from the couple’s wedding day with her three boys with a message that read, “Blake, Gwen, Zuma & Apollo, Welcome To The Ozarks!”
The video continued with a slideshow of various footage and photos captured while exploring the stunning area. They clearly enjoyed plenty of delicious meals and drinks, took in all the views of the rugged landscape and got the chance to relax and recharge, all while making some lifelong family memories.
Fittingly, the post was set to their love-filled duet, “Purple Irises,” which finds the hitmakers illustrating many of the trials and tribulations that come with being in a relationship that ultimately make them stronger in the end.
Stefani’s caption read, “such an unforgettable time at @BigCedarLodge 💐 the flowers, the food, the family memories. thank u for making it all so special 💛 gx”
The official Instagram account of Big Cedar Lodge replied saying, “This is amazing 👏 Thank you for exploring the Ozarks and for sharing the memories!”
Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani have been married since 2021, and over the years, they’ve become one of music’s most beloved couples. During an interview with Access, the “Texas” singer was asked what makes their relationship work so well.
“She’s my best friend; that’s the best way I know to say it, and it’s not something that we have to really think about — it’s just there,” Shelton replied. “And we have fun with it — maybe that’s the key. We have so much fun together. Whether we’re having a cup of coffee in the morning, watching a movie, or performing in an arena somewhere.”

Blake Shelton’s One Regret Regarding His Marriage
While they appear to be as happy as can be living out their days together, Shelton does have one regret about their relationship – he wishes they’d crossed paths sooner.
“We literally just have so much fun together, and the only regret that we have is that we didn’t find each other until late in life, you know?” he revealed. “But [we] also know that we had to go through everything we went through to get us to there. But we’re just grateful, and we have fun.”
Enjoying Life On The Ranch
The couple and their family have enjoyed spending more time together on their Oklahoma ranch, especially since Shelton stepped down from his role on The Voice. While both of the lovebirds still keep busy with their respective music careers and various endeavors, they always make sure to prioritize each other. Fans recognize this through all the snippets of their lives that are shown across social media.
Most recently, they have been seen enjoying relaxing days fishing on the water, roaming the property with their dogs and just enjoying each other’s company on the days they’re both off the road.
Shelton might spend more time at home these days, but he is far from slowing down. In fact, he is currently gearing up to release his brand-new album, For Recreational Use Only, on May 9. The project will mark his debut under BBR Music Group/BMG Nashville and his first solo album in nearly four years.
