Luke Combs and Nicole Hocking wed on Saturday, August 1, and now the beloved couple is giving fans an inside look at their wedding weekend.

The new Mrs. Combs took to Instagram to share a photo of a custom cake they had made to celebrate their nuptials and it  was inspired by Combs’ massive chart-topping hit, “Beer Never Broke My Heart.”

The cake, which is shaped like a beer can, reads “Nicole & Beer – Never Broke My Heart” and is marked with the date of their wedding – August 1, 2020.

It’s unclear what wedding occasion the cake was for, but either way, it’s perfect.

Luke and Nicole tied the knot in an intimate wedding in Florida. The newlyweds plan to host a bigger celebration with family and friends in the new year.

The couple began dating in 2016 after meeting at theKey West Songwriter’s Festival. After the festival, the Hocking and Combs started spending more time together and eventually began dating. In 2018, Combs planned an elaborate proposal that ended up going south after a hectic day of moving. Weeks later, Combs and Hocking revealed their engagement with fans via Instagram.
