Shaboozey has been heating up stages throughout summer with his smash hit, “A Bar Song (Tipsy)” and his recent announcement proves he won’t be slowing down anytime soon.

The genre-bending sensation’s most recent delivery of the late-night anthem occurred at the BET Awards on Sunday, June 30. Setting the tone with neon lights, a mechanical bull and cowboy boots galore, Shaboozey turned the stage into a honky tonk, marking a memorable debut performance. Fans got to their feet as Shaboozey ditched both his guitar and mic stand and line-danced his way around the stage in an energy-filled hoedown.

At the end of his performance, Shaboozey remained on stage and was joined by surprise guest J-Kwon. Together they delivered a mashup a mashup of the country singer’s blazing new anthem and the St. Louis rapper’s breakout hit from 2004, which has been revived this year thanks to “A Bar Song (Tipsy).”
