Taylor Swift – “Fifteen”
In 2009, Taylor Swift released a cinematic music video for her youthful track, “Fifteen.” Mandrell doesn’t make an appearance until the end of the clip when Swift is surrounded by fellow classmates walking around in the rain as she mentally prepares to step foot in the daunting high school hallways. While standing under an umbrella with another extra, Mandrell turns to look in the singer/songwriter’s direction and gives her a soft smile.
The Bachelor recently contestant took to Instagram to address her cameo, and joked, “Apparently I look at Zach the same way I look at Taylor Swift.”
“New Conspiracy theory, first I stared at Taylor, then stared at Zach, which inevitably leads to me crying on the STAIRs,” she added, referring to a teaser for the season that shows her visibly upset about something that happened between her and the bachelor, Zach Shallcross, which has yet to be revealed.
Parmalee – “Girl In Mine”
In Parmelee’s music video for their current radio single, “Girl In Mine,” which has hit the Top 40 on both the Mediabase and Billboard charts, Mandrell is showcased as the leading girl who plays the love interest of the band’s frontman, Matt Thomas. Hand-in-hand, they take a stroll through the park, enjoy romantic rooftop views and jam out to their new fan-favorite in his jeep. In between the clips of the fictional lovebirds, the band is captured on another rooftop as they perform their song.
Cole Swindell – “She Had Me At Heads Carolina”
As soon as Cole Swindell walks into the bar on the set of his music video for “She Had Me At Heads Carolina,” the camera pans to Mandrell as she acts out the lyrics, “She was in a circle of girls, chasin’ a shot with a lime / She was laughin’, they were darin’ her to get on the mic.” Suddenly, Mandrell truly does seem to have “the bar in the palm of her hand” as she dances it out on stage while singing karaoke to the party anthem. At the end of the video, she finally connects with her love interest and shares a round with him and Swindell, while Jo Dee Messina appears as the bartender.
Jordan Davis – “Almost Maybes”
While her cameo was brief, Mandrell can be seen sitting across from Jordan Davis at the start of his “Almost Maybes” music video. Throughout each clip, memories from Davis’s past relationships are played out through a series of key locations that represent a different time in his life. The Bachelor contestant was hired to act out his relationship that came to an end in a Baton Rouge college bar, which he sings about in the opening line of his fan-favorite track. Several other women were cast in the video including the leading lady, Hannah Brown, who is another member of The Bachelor franchise.
Josh Ross – “Tall Boys”
Christina Mandrell shows off her love for “Tall Boys” in Josh Ross’ music video for his summer anthem. As she walks into the liquor store, wearing a red cropped crop and denim cutoffs, Mandrell quickly puts two guys in their place who think she’s interested in them for their height. Instead, she pushes past them to pick up a tall boy can before heading off for a day on the lake. As she joins Ross in the boat full of party-goers, Mandrell pops the top of her can and gets the party started.
