The Band Perry’s Kimberly Perry, 39, said “I do” once again in an intimate vow renewal ceremony in Las Vegas.
The singer/songwriter took to social media late Monday evening to share photos from the Vegas soiree.
“I do. Still do. Will do,” she captioned the post, which showcased her in a white dress and cowboy hat alongside her husband, Johnny Costello, and an Elvis impersonator.
The pair renewed their vows at A Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas, the iconic venue where celebrities such as Britney Spears, Michael Jordan, Frank Sinatra and over 800,000 other couples tied the knot. Most recently, Jennifer Lopez married Ben Affleck at the venue, which is best known as the site of quick celebrity weddings.
After renewing her vows, Perry posed with her bouquet on a retro pink Cadillac in the Drive-Thru Tunnel Of Vows. She captioned the post, “Hold my beer and catch my roses.”
Costello also took to social media to celebrate their vow renewal.
“VIVA LAS VEGAS!!!! VEGAS VOWS (RENEWAL) 4 DA WIN!!! HAPPY 1 YEAR MY LOVE! 🤍⚡️🙏🏼,” Costello wrote.
He later called Perry his “southern smokeshow” via his Instagram stories.
The couple’s vow renewal comes just months after they shocked fans with the announcement of their secret wedding.
In December, Perry revealed that she and Costello tied the knot six months prior.
“Wishing everyone a very MARRIED Christmas…,” the singer/songwriter wrote.
She went on to share details about their June wedding and even signed the note “Mrs. Costello.”
“Today my love, @juannycostello, and I are celebrating 6 months since “I do!”. On June 17th we hit the road from LA to Las Vegas in a black corvette and got married at midnight,” recalled the Tennessee native. “It was wild and wonderful and reminded me all over again that God is the most glorious creator and the master of the most beautiful blueprint for our lives! I love you Johnny and can’t wait for forever….”
Little is known about Costello. His profile reveals nothing more other than the fact that he is married to Kimberly and only includes three photos, each of which are of the couple.
Costello also announced their marriage on Instagram, stating it’s been the “happiest six months of marriage.”
“YALL, WE GOT MARRIED!!!!,” he wrote, later adding, “To starting everyday with a prayer and ending it with a kiss. I Love YOU!!”
This is Perry‘s second marriage. She previously wed former MLB player J.P. Arencibia in June of 2014.
After nearly four years of marriage, Perry filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences.
“Yes it’s true, my marriage has come to an end,” Perry announced on social media at the time. “I know that beauty will come from these ashes and, as always, I want to thank you all for your love and support. I’ll be in touch soon.”
A year after filing for divorce, Perry addressed the end of her marriage in The Band Perry song “The Good Life,” which alluded to infidelity.
“THE GOOD LIFE is a story about the infidelity I experienced. I want you to know that this song was written during a toxic and incredibly difficult time in my life, but I’m singing it to you now with the voice of a woman who has completely regained a strong sense of self, rebuilt her womanhood, and is grateful to have learned so much,” Perry wrote on Instagram.
Arencibia later denied the infidelity in an exclusive statement to People, telling the publication, “While matters of our relationship and what led to the demise of our marriage should remain between us, I will say there was no infidelity. It’s a shame that all of this is now being made up to promote an album; I have moved on and hopefully one day she can as well.”
Kimberly Perry is the lead singer of The Band Perry, a trio known for hits such as “Better Dig Two,” “If I Die Young” and “All Your Life.”
The trio has remained mostly out of the spotlight in recent years, however, they played a country festival earlier this year.
At this time, The Band Perry currently has two planned concert dates coming up in the near future.
